Starting in 2016, the launch edition of Feed Tech Expo was organized in NDRI, Karnal. Basis on the industry feedback the event has been moved to Pune which is a hub for the poultry and dairy industry, also aqua industry is developing in the region. The 3-day event is planned with various conferences and workshops to attract feed millers, integrators, and other feed professionals from India and abroad.
A market report projects the Indian animal feed market, which was worth $4.9 billion in 2017, to reach $11.4 billion by 2023, with a compound annual growth rate of 14.5%.
